  • Federal Stimulus: Citizens will be able to track how the federal stimulus package is being spent in Kentucky.
  • GIS Mapping: We will now feature GIS mapping services that are among the most innovative in the country.

Kentucky’s Open Door has added more exciting new features:

  • Expansion of Kentucky’s Checkbook: Treasurer Hollenbach’s partner site been dramatically expanded, adding hundreds of thousands of new records that give citizens access to the state’s checkbook.
  • Business and Legislative Data: We’ve added links to two new e-transparency features launched recently by Secretary of State Grayson concerning business and legislative notifications

Kentucky’s Open Door is launched starting today, this Web site will feature—in a user-friendly manner—all financial data from the statewide accounting system subject to disclosure under current law.

But we are not finished perfecting Kentucky’s Open Door. Nor will we ever be. This site will be ever-evolving and ever-improving; it will be our continuing goal to refine and supplement this invaluable taxpayer resource. And we treasure your input.
